What is your cancellation policy?
24 hours notice is appreciated. Cancellations of 23 hours and under are subject to a $25 fee. This include no shows.
What if I am running late?
We extend a 15 minute grace period. IF you know you will be late please contact us immediately. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, you are allowed to reschedule at no cost.
Do I need to schedule a follow-up if I have questions about my protocol?
No, you do not . I will email you the protocol and then follow up with a phone call to walk you through everything and answer any questions that you might have. If you find that you still have questions you can email or call us for quick questions.
